Decision on Declarations of Interests of 2014 (in force between 30 Sep 2014 until 30 June 2018, except for Article 19 and 20 thereof, which remain in force until further notice)

This decision lays down rules on the establishment and the implementation of a system for processing Declarations of Interest. Its aim is to contribute to the prevention of conflicts of interest in line with the goals laid down in the Policy on Independence and Scientific Decision-Making Processes of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
