This Privacy Policy describes how KATE-BOSWORTH Net (the “Service”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with our websites, content, analytics, and related services provided in the United States of America. KATE-BOSWORTH Net is the Knowledge And Trends Exchange for blockchain and traditional markets, offering analysis and research covering crypto assets and equities. This Policy applies to information collected online and offline where this Policy is referenced.

California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This section supplements the Policy for California residents.

• Categories collected: identifiers (such as name and email), commercial information (transactions), internet/network activity (usage data), geolocation (approximate), and inferences for personalization.
• Business or commercial purposes: to provide services, personalization, analytics, security, compliance, marketing (with your preferences), and research and development.
• Sources: directly from you, automatically from your device/browser, and from service providers or partners.
• Disclosure: we disclose Personal Information to service providers and processors for operational purposes; to legal authorities when required; and in connection with corporate transactions.

Opt-Out of Sale/Share and Targeted Advertising: You may opt out by contacting [email protected] and by adjusting your browser settings to send a recognized opt-out preference signal. We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for the browser or device where the signal is present, to the extent required by law.

Shine the Light: California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of certain personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact [email protected].

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah Privacy Rights

Residents of these states have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of Personal Information, and to opt out of Targeted Advertising, certain profiling, and the sale of Personal Information (as defined by applicable law). Submit requests to [email protected].

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line within 30 days of our decision. We will respond to appeals within 60 days, explaining our decision.

Residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Legal bases for processing include: (i) consent (for non-essential cookies/marketing); (ii) contract performance (to provide the Service); (iii) legitimate interests (to secure, improve, and personalize the Service, and for limited direct marketing); and (iv) compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance our interests against your rights and expectations.

International Transfers: Your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction (including the United States) that may not provide the same level of protection. Security

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
